Ann Song

Founder

Ann started her entrepreneurial journey in 2011, building her first company from zero. Over 15 years, she grew it into a top 10 industry leader through persistence, vision, and long-term execution.

Her mission today is to help the younger generation succeed by sharing knowledge, experience, and guidance. She believes in treating people like family and sees entrepreneurship as a way to serve others.

Lisa Su

COO

Lisa is an AI Product Lead specializing in LLM systems, product architecture, and ethical AI strategy. She helps startups turn AI into scalable, real-world products built on trust-by-design principles.

She grew up in a value-driven family that emphasized kindness and generosity. Starting work at 18, she supported herself through tutoring and fully funded her own education, building independence early.

She moved to the U.S. with three suitcases chasing the American Dream, later completing her MBA at Boston University while continuing to grow as a product leader.
