Be the core connector in your student community — bring opportunities onto campus and help more students step into real careers. Responsibilities • Run and manage the student community at your school • Provide basic customer support (Q&A / onboarding / usage guidance) • Promote programs on campus (events / talks / community sharing) • Build the bridge between students and the platform • Collect student feedback to improve the product Requirements • Current undergraduate or graduate student preferred • Strong communication skills and sense of ownership • Interest in career development / internships / job search • Student org / club experience a plus

Design and build the platform that lets more students reach career opportunities efficiently. Responsibilities • Lead platform architecture and development • Build the student–employer–mentor matching system • Optimize data systems (job matching / recommendation algorithms / growth) • Work closely with product & operations • Build scalable infrastructure for career services Requirements • 5–10+ years of full-stack / backend / AI systems experience • Marketplace / SaaS / platform architecture experience preferred • Familiar with AI / recommendation systems / data-driven products • Founder or early-stage startup experience is a plus • Strong ownership mindset (0 → 1 builder)
